Yeti Leads

[ How Yeti Leads works ]

A homeowner needs tree work. Your phone rings.

No mystery. No algorithm. No proprietary AI buzzwords. We run paid ads in your city, capture the homeowner's request through a landing page we built for your service area, and send the lead to your phone. Here is every step.

[ Territory exclusivity ]

One tree service per major city or service area.

This is the rule that makes the leads worth buying. We do not sell the same market to two tree services at the same time. Your application tells us the city, state, and service area you want. We check whether that territory is still open before we send an invoice.

01

One tree service per territory.

We service one tree service company in each major city or defined service area. If you are approved for Tulsa, another tree service in that same territory cannot buy the same leads from us.

02

First come, first served after review.

The first contractor who clears license, insurance, service area, and package review gets the territory. We do not invoice a second contractor for the same city while that package is active.

03

If someone beats you to it, the leads are theirs.

If another tree service is approved before you, that campaign sends homeowner requests to them while we fulfill their package. Through the summer rush, that can mean their phone rings instead of yours.

The five steps

01

We build a campaign for your specific service area.

Two to three business days after activation.

When your package goes live, we build a Google Search campaign targeting homeowners in your specific city or metro, plus a Facebook campaign in the same geography. We have a campaign template that has been refined across multiple cities, but we adapt it for your service area, your service mix, and your competition. This is the work that has to happen before any lead can be generated.

02

The homeowner lands on a city-specific page.

Built and managed for your city.

The landing page is built for your metro. It says things like "Tree service quotes for Tulsa homeowners" or "Free estimates from local tree experts in Boise." The page describes the services, sets honest expectations on pricing, and asks the homeowner four questions: name, phone, address, and what they need done.

03

The lead is sent to your phone within minutes.

SMS and email, no app to install.

The form submission triggers an SMS and an email to you, with the homeowner's full information attached. The lead is in your text messages and your inbox within minutes of the homeowner closing the browser tab. They are still warm, still actively looking, and expecting your call.

04

You call the homeowner. They are expecting you.

TCPA consent captured at the form.

The landing page sets the expectation that a local tree service will contact them shortly. The contact form has TCPA compliant consent language naming Yeti Leads and the contractor partner. The homeowner gave consent to receive your call. They are warm, they are waiting, and they are still in the same browsing session that drove them to ask for the quote.

05

You book the estimate. You keep one hundred percent of the revenue.

Yeti Leads does not take a percentage.

Yeti Leads does not take a percentage of the job. We do not require a referral fee. We do not bill at completion. The package price you paid up front is the only thing we ever charge you for. The relationship with the homeowner is yours from the first phone call.

The work is yours. We just help fill the schedule.

[ Lead validity ]

The four things every lead has. In writing.

Before we send a lead to your phone, it has cleared four checks. If any of them fails, the lead is refundable. The standard for what counts as a valid lead is on the screen, on the page, and in the service agreement. There is no judgment call later.

A valid lead has all four

01

A real phone number.

Not a typo, not a fake area code, not a Google Voice number flagged as invalid by Twilio Lookup.

02

A service in your category.

Tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, emergency response, cabling, hedge work, planting, transplanting, land clearing, or storm cleanup. If they need a different home service, the lead is refunded.

03

An address inside your service area.

The address is geocoded against the service area you set during activation. Out-of-area leads are refunded.

04

Not a duplicate.

If the same homeowner submits twice within thirty days, the second one is refunded.

A lead is not refundable just because the homeowner does not answer, picks a competitor, or decides not to do the work. Those outcomes depend on how fast you call, your pricing, and your sales process. We deliver the request. You close the job.

[ How long each package takes ]

Twenty leads in six weeks. Fifty in twelve. One hundred in twenty.

Each package has a fulfillment window. Some weeks heavier, some lighter. Total count and window guaranteed in writing. If we miss the window, the remaining leads are free until the package is complete.
