Posted prices. No custom quote games.

Pricing varies by metro size because Google and Facebook ad costs vary by metro size. The same package costs more in Atlanta than in Tulsa because the ads cost more in Atlanta than in Tulsa. We do not adjust pricing for individual contractors and we do not negotiate based on how much you want to spend. The price is the price for every contractor in the same city. All prices in US dollars. If your territory is approved, we invoice in USD through QuickBooks.

Standard Market

Mid Market

Examples: Oklahoma City, Raleigh, Nashville, Charlotte, Kansas City, Richmond

Major Metro

Per lead price ranges from $52 to $125 depending on tier and package size. Larger packages have a lower per lead price. Tier 1 metros require a custom quote because ad costs and demand vary heavily across boroughs and metro segments. Apply with your specific service area and we will confirm pricing before activation.

[ What every package includes ]

The same protections at every package size.

The pricing changes by city. The terms do not. Every contractor at every package tier gets the same six protections, written into the agreement before payment.

  • Three free leads at activation.

    The first three leads after your campaign goes live do not count against the package total. If your package is twenty leads, you get twenty three.

  • Exclusive to you.

    Each lead goes to one contractor. Never shared, sold to a panel, or sent to a second tree service in your city.

  • Delivered within minutes.

    SMS and email to the phone number and address you provide during activation, the moment the homeowner submits the form.

  • Refunds for invalid leads.

    Bad phone, wrong service, out of area, or duplicate. We replace the lead in the package, not in cash.

  • No contract. No monthly fee.

    When the package is fulfilled, you decide whether to buy another. We do not auto-renew.

  • Posted refund policy.

    The full refund and dispute policy is published below, not buried.

What we refund.

A lead is refunded (replaced in your package, not in cash) if any of the following is true:

  • The phone number is invalid or disconnected when you call within twenty four hours.
  • The homeowner asked for a service Yeti Leads does not cover (for example, lawn care, pool service, or roofing). If they want any of the tree services in your category, the lead stands.
  • The address is outside the service area you set during activation. Distance is measured by drive time and verified against the service polygon on file.
  • The same homeowner has been sent to you in the previous thirty days.

What we do not refund.

A lead is not refundable for any of the following:

  • The homeowner did not answer your call or call back. The lead is valid as long as the contact information is real.
  • The homeowner chose a competitor. The lead is valid as long as it was exclusive to you when it was delivered.
  • The homeowner decided not to do the work. Their decision is theirs.
  • You did not call the homeowner within twenty four hours. Response time is on you.

How to file a dispute.

Reply to the lead email within forty eight hours of delivery with the reason for the dispute. We review every dispute within one business day and credit your package or reject the dispute with a written reason. Disputes that exceed twenty percent of the leads in a package trigger a review of the contractor's process before further leads are delivered.

Apply for your service area.

The application asks for your business name, license number, service area, current contact information, and the package you want to start with. About four minutes. We verify the license in one business day, hold a fifteen minute call, and activate your account within two business days of the call.
